Return Eligibility

At SHRAJUTI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unopened and in their original packaging
  • Products must be in resalable condition
  • Original invoice/order details must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Customized or bulk wholesale orders
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Process

  1. Email helpandsupport@shrajuti.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions
  3. Pack the items securely in original packaging
  4. Ship the items back via the recommended courier service
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and verify the returned items
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • UPI/Wallet refunds: 1-3 business days
  • Card refunds: 5-7 business days
  • Net Banking refunds: 5-10 business days

Shipping Costs for Returns

For damaged or incorrect items, return shipping is FREE. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
