Delivery Timeline

• Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
• Tier 1 & 2 Cities: 3-5 business days
• Other Locations: 5-7 business days
• Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
• Wholesale/B2B Orders: 5-10 business days

Shipping Charges

• Orders above ₹999: FREE shipping
• Orders below ₹999: ₹50 flat rate
• Wholesale Orders: Custom quote based on quantity and location
• COD (Cash on Delivery): Additional ₹30 handling charge

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays. Order processing time is 1-2 business days from order confirmation.

• Orders placed before 2 PM IST are processed same day
• Orders placed after 2 PM IST are processed next business day
• Sunday orders are processed on Monday

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status in real-time through our website or the courier partner's tracking page.

All products are packaged in food-grade, hygienic materials to ensure freshness and quality during transit. We use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible.
