2. Products and Services

SHRAJUTI sells premium quality nutritional products and spices including chia seeds, quinoa, basil seeds, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and cumin. All products are FSSAI certified and lab tested.

3. Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST
• Payment must be made through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay)
• We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and COD (where available)

4. B2B/Wholesale Orders

• Wholesale orders require business verification
• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) varies by product (typically 10kg+)
• Custom packaging available for bulk orders
• Special pricing applicable for verified B2B customers
• Payment terms for B2B customers are subject to credit approval

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Retail orders: 3-5 business days delivery across India
• Wholesale orders: 5-7 business days delivery
• Shipping charges may apply based on location and order value
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery

6. Return and Refund Policy

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged/incorrect items
• Products must be unopened and in original packaging
• Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after return verification
• Food items cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene reasons
